Kyoto Next Door operates with a one-group-at-a-time policy.

When one room is booked, the other room is closed for reservations.

Shared facilities are therefore used only by your group.

Kyoto Next Door is located approximately 2 minutes from Keihan Kamisakaemachi Station.

Trains can be heard during operating hours.

Guests sensitive to noise should consider this before booking.

Smoking is not permitted inside the building.

Please contact us before booking if you plan to stay with children.

Pets are not allowed.

Parties, loud gatherings, and events are not permitted.

Please help us maintain a comfortable environment for our neighbors, especially during evening and early morning hours.
